| No, we do not take walk-ins. You must make an appointment to do your taxes. We do this so we can have a personal one-on-one conversation with each client and not to have to rush. |

| Our appointments take about an hour for each person. On some occasions, it may take longer due to some unforeseen situation or if the client made an apointment for more than one tax filing. |

| This office is not a licensed public accounting firm; we are not permited to conduct audits of business or taxes. However, we are in the process of expanding our abilities to do so and are hopeful to do so in the future. |

| We accept all forms of payments, cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and checks. |

| Normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm. During tax season our hours varies base on appointment times. |
