Office Update as of 12/07/2020

Dear Clients,
As we continue to power through the COVID-19 Pandemic, we here are working hard to keep this office safe for everyone that visit it. With that in mind, we are making changes for the new tax season:

1. All Personal Tax preparations done at the office must have a scheduled appointment; there will be a 30-minute window in between appointments to allow for disinfection.
2. Everyone will need to come to their appointment on time and not any earlier in order to allow for social distancing.
3. Appointment will be taken only until 6pm every day from Monday - Thursday and 5pm every Friday - Saturday. The office will be open for appointments starting at 10am everyday.
4. Face masks MUST continue to be worn when at the office at all times; those without face masks will not be allowed in the office.
5. We will begin to accept emailed documents for tax preparations for those who wish not to come into our office on a case by case basis; those who submit documents this way will have their taxes completed on a first come first serve basis.

Actualizaciom de nuestsa oficina a partir de 12/07/20

Estimado Cliente,
Continuando con nuestra firme determinacion de superar la pandemina de COVID-19, estamos trabajando fuertemente para mantener segura esta oficina para la nueva temporada de impuestos:

1. Todas las declararaciones de impuestos que se preparen en la oficina deberan rener un cita. Existira un espacio de 30 minutos entre las citas para poder desinfectar la oficina.
2. Todas las personas que tengan una cita deberan estar a la hora exacta, para cumplir con el distanciamento social.
3. Todas la citas estaran disponibles a partir de las 10am hasta las 6pm, excepto los Viernes y Sabados que seran hasta las 5pm.
4. Todas la personas deberan usar las mascarillas durante su permanencia en la oficina; no se permitira el acceso a la oficina a ls personas que no tengan mascarilla.
5. Aceptaremos sus documentas para las preparacion de sus impuestos a aquellas personas que no quieran venir a la oficina, estos seran procesados en el orden que se hayan recibido.
